This Privacy Policy explains how Desert Peppers (“Desert Peppers,” “Desert Peptides,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit despep.com (the “Site”) or place an order with us.
Our products are research peptides sold strictly for laboratory and research use, to adults 21 and over. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms & Conditions.
Information you give us at checkout:
Information stored on your own device. Your cart and your age/research confirmation are saved in your browser's local storage so they persist while you shop. This stays on your device and is not sent to us until you check out.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request, to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and troubleshoot problems.
What we don't collect. We do not take payment on the Site, so we never collect card or bank details here. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
When you check out, we open WhatsApp on your device with your order and contact details already written out. Nothing is sent until you choose to press send. Once you message us, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta, and is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
We email you an order confirmation, and we email our team a copy of each new order. We only send emails related to your order. We do not send marketing emails.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site and fulfill orders:

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we'll delete what we're not legally required to keep.
The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS. Order data is stored in an access-restricted database that only our authorized team can reach, and our admin accounts are protected with two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can access it.

Nevada residents may submit a request to opt out of the sale of covered information. We do not sell personal information, but you may still submit a request and we will record it.
