Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Desert Peppers (“Desert Peppers,” “Desert Peptides,” “we,” “us”) and govern your use of despep.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must be purchasing for your own research, not on behalf of someone else.
• You are responsible for making sure that purchasing and possessing our products is lawful where you live.

All products sold on the Site:

• Are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory and research use by qualified individuals.
• Are not drugs, food, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and must not be ingested, injected, or applied to people or animals.
• Have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on the Site, in our emails, or in our WhatsApp messages is medical advice. Any general information about peptides is provided for educational purposes and describes the compounds in general — never what our products do.

By placing an order, you certify that:

• You are over 21 years of age, and you are buying these peptides for your own research and not for someone else.
• You understand that these peptides are identical to other peptides and are made for research purposes.
• You will use and store our products only in a laboratory or research setting and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• The information you give us at checkout is accurate and belongs to you.

We may refuse or cancel any order, and refuse future orders, if we believe these certifications aren't true or a product may be used for anything other than research.

Submitting checkout sends us an order request. It isn't a binding sale until we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we can't verify your eligibility. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund what you paid.

You can change or cancel your order at any time before it ships by messaging us on WhatsApp.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars per vial and may change at any time. Totals shown on the Site are estimates until confirmed with you on WhatsApp. If a price is listed in error, we'll let you know before your order is confirmed.

Volume discount. We discount up to 50% depending on how many vials you purchase, starting at 2 vials. The total number of peptide vials in an order sets the tier, each product has its own discount percentage at that tier, and the savings come off the order total. Lab supplies are discounted at the same tier but don't count toward the vial total. The discount is calculated automatically in your cart. We may change or end the discount for future orders at any time.

Free extras. Orders of 3 or more vials include free shipping within the US, plus one free Bacteriostatic Water (30mL) and one free 10-pack of 100U syringes, added to the order at $0.

Affiliate code. A valid affiliate code takes an additional percentage off your order total, after the volume discount, and is shown as its own line in your cart. Once applied, a code is good for 10 minutes on that device and can't be applied again on that device for 24 hours. One code per order. We may change or end the code at any time.

No payment is taken on the Site. Payment is arranged directly with us on WhatsApp, and orders ship once payment is confirmed. We never ask for card or bank details through the Site.

All products ship from the United States, to addresses within the United States, within 2 business days once payment is received. Shipping is free on orders of 3 or more vials. You're responsible for giving us a complete and accurate address; we aren't responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address.

Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier, but if your order arrives damaged, see Returns below.

Because our products are sealed and sensitive to temperature and handling, we can't accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong items:

• Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your name, order details, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
• Keep the product and packaging until we've resolved your request.

Once we confirm the issue, we'll replace the item or refund it, at our option.

We try to keep product descriptions, sizes, and prices accurate, but errors can happen and we may correct them at any time. Product images are representative and may differ from the actual packaging or label you receive.

Once delivered, you're responsible for storing and handling our products safely and in line with standard laboratory practice. You understand the nature of research materials and assume all risks connected with your handling, storage, and use of them.

Apart from the express statements we make about our products on the Site, the Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Desert Peppers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury or loss arising from the misuse of our products, including any use other than laboratory research. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid us for that product.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Desert Peppers and its owners and team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of our products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

The Site's design, text, graphics, and logos belong to Desert Peppers and may not be copied or reused without our permission. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or try to access areas you're not authorized to use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute we can't resolve will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version with a new “last updated” date. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases.
